Keep pieces separate. Avoid humidity.
Fasten chains to prevent tangling.
When travelling, keep jewellery with you.
Use individual pouches so items do not rub.
Servicing + Repairs
Maintenance matters.
Inspect annually for stones, claws, clasps, and chains.
If it feels loose or has taken a knock, remove it.
The studio can clean, service, resize, and restore, get in touch for a servicing.

WARRANTY
Lloyd Steven pieces are heirloom quality and guaranteed against manufacturing faults under normal wear.
Craftsmanship faults under normal wear are covered. Impact, accidents, misuse, wear, loss, theft, or outside repair are not.
