WHERE ARE THE RINGS MADE?
Lloyd Steven rings are made to high jewellery standards by master craftsmen in Sydney, Australia.
WHAT’S YOUR TYPICAL STARTING PRICE / CAN YOU WORK WITH MY BUDGET?
Our bespoke engagement rings start around $4,000 AUD. Within that, we work across a range of stones, cuts and metals to make the most of your budget, and we'll always be upfront about what's achievable. The best place to start is a conversation with Lloyd directly.
WHEN SHOULD I START MY RING?
We recommend getting in touch as early as possible. Design takes 2 to 4 weeks, followed by 6 weeks in production after design approval. If you have a date in mind, tell us upfront and we'll work to it.
DO YOU WORK WITH NATURAL OR LAB DIAMONDS?
Both. We source from leading natural and lab diamond suppliers worldwide and can present options across a range of budgets. All stones come with GIA or IGI certification, which will be included with your ring.
DO YOU WORK WITH COLOURED GEMSTONE AND DIAMONDS?
Yes. We work with a wide range of coloured stones- sapphires, emeralds, rubies and beyond. If you have something specific in mind, get in touch and we'll source it for you.
I SAW A RING ON INSTAGRAM THAT ISN’T ON YOUR WEBSITE. CAN I STILL ORDER IT?
Our Instagram features work that is custom doesn't always make it to the site. Send us a DM or enquire directly and we'll pick it up from there.
CAN I COMMISSION A CUSTOM WEDDING BAND OR WEDDING SET?
Yes to both. If you're commissioning a set, we suggest designing the engagement ring and band together so you can see how they sit before anything goes to production.
I ALREADY HAVE A DIAMOND / CENTRE STONE. CAN I USE IT?
In most cases, yes. We'll need to assess and measure the stone to confirm it works with your chosen design. Bring it to your consultation or send us the details to start.
I SAW SOMETHING I LIKED ON THE SITE- CAN I ADAPT IT FOR MY ENGAGEMENT RING?
Yes. Get in touch and tell us what caught your eye. We can customise an existing design or use it as a starting point for something new.
CAN YOU RESIZE MY RING IF I ORDERED THR WRONG SIZE?
In most cases, yes. Resizing depends on the design, so get in touch and we'll let you know what's possible.
