Orders are confirmed by email and tracking is shared once your product is shipped.

In-stock pieces ship immediately. Made to order pieces take 4–6 weeks; custom pieces ship 6–8 weeks after artwork approval. 

Due to the made-to-order nature of our work, returns and exchanges are limited. Eligibility for return, exchange, or repair is assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Returns & Refunds / Warranty / Care policies- please visit customer service page to review.

All orders ship complimentary via Australia Post Express, fully insured with signature required. International customers are responsible for duties and taxes on delivery.
